When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.
Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.
Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
