Ordering
When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories only. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made before an order is shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase from 365 Collective by Abigail Fox + Serendipity for any reason whatsoever, you can return most items for a full refund.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. If 21 days have gone by from your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund. Fine Jewelery, Gift Sets, On Sale items, and Consumable Products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. All returns must be unopened, undamaged, with original tags, unused, receipt included and purchased at full price.
