Professional bartenders dilute honey with a small amount of water for optimal mixability. Cheeky's "no-squeeze" Habanero Hot Honey is infused with habanero and jalapeño peppers for a distinctive blend of heat and sweetness, complemented with floral notes and a soft lingering heat, and diluted to a 2 to 1 ratio (wildflower honey to water) for easy pouring and mixability in cocktails. Use for spicy margaritas among other favorite cocktails, or drizzle over pizza, tacos, ice cream, and more.

A veteran of the beverage industry herself, April Wachtel launched Cheeky, is a line of non-alcoholic, premium syrups and juices for the home and bar, in 2015 to meet the needs of professiooal and home mixologists who couldn't easily access premium essential ingredients to make their favorite cocktails without preservatives and artificial flavors and colors.
