Cheeky Cocktails uses a carefully composed blend of seasonal Nicaraguan coffees, roasted to perfection by Café Integral. Espresso martinis are notoriously difficult to make, requiring numerous ingredients and fresh brewed espresso to get a proper foamy crema on the surface of the cocktail. Cheeky's coffee selection and the addition of gum arabic (a mixologist-approved natural emulsifier) ensure you’ll get a proper crema each time you shake. Best of all, you only need to mix two ingredients to make the perfect espresso martini at home!

MAKER STORY:

A veteran of the beverage industry herself, April Wachtel launched Cheeky, is a line of non-alcoholic, premium syrups and juices for the home and bar, in 2015 to meet the needs of professiooal and home mixologists who couldn't easily access premium essential ingredients to make their favorite cocktails without preservatives and artificial flavors and colors. Their products are shelf-stable for up to two years. Her products have been so successful, Cheeky is currently served in bar programs at four-star hotels, stadiums and resorts.
