Handmade with Oeko-Tex Standard certified 100% cotton and linen in beautiful assorted neutral colors, filled with jasmine rice and with or without organic lavender/ chamomile buds and essential oils for a very light, relaxing scent. Shape is made to rest along the base of your neck and over shoulders to help aid in relaxation, sleep, and warmth/ cool for headache relief. 

Instructions: For cool compress, keep bag in freezer for a light cold sensation safe to apply directly to skin and will not be too cold For warm compress, warm bag in the microwave to temperature needed in increments of 30 seconds.

MAKER STORY

Founder Kianna isa mama of two sweet babies, lover of the earth, coffee, flowers, and art in all forms. She is a birth Doula, herbalist, childbirth educator, and prenatal yoga instructor and is extremely passionate about birth and everything that comes with it! Her love for sewing and advocacy for the importance of self care brought her to create items that can help keep expecting families comfortable during their birthing time and to nourish their bodies with relaxation and self care postpartum and beyond. 

Each item is handmade with ethically sourced fibers and pure, organic ingredients packed with so much love! A portion of the money received from items sold here goes back to families I have the honor of supporting by giving me the opportunity to teach free classes, bring meals to postpartum visits, offer free birth services, and give gifts of self care to those in my community who need it most.
