This beanie is hand knit in surf blue and natural yarn and topped with a natural pom pom for a gender neutral cozy look. Partially knit from recycled, sustainable polyester yarn made from plastic bottles, these winter beanies are made by Huggalugs with the earth in mind.

This women-owned company sets out to provide fresh and modern knitwear, handmade with fair trade practices. They create fun and functional winter hats, bonnets, sweaters and blankets. The company originated in Austrialia in 2006, but moved to the United States with new owners in 2012. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, some of the line is made in part with polyester yarn made from recycled water bottles.
